Yeah! Manti took state in softball! The whole tournament was extremely exciting right to the end. Chelsea had a great tournament and was voted onto the all-tournament team. Her defense was awesome and she came through with some great hits/bunts/sacrifices. It was fun to watch her do so well and to see the team work together and WIN.
The first day they beat Altamont 28-0, and So. Summit 7-0. The next day they beat Richfield 10-0, and San Juan 8-0. On Sat. they played San Juan again and lost 2-1, so they had to play the "what-if" game. They ended up winning that game 6-3.
