Ok............. so here goes the first post to the "blog" page. We just got back from Detroit Michigan where Gary played in the D World Softball Tournament with his team called "Thunderbay". They won their first 3 games, lost their 4th, won the 5th, and had to forfeit their 6th. One of the players on their team threw his bat and got ejected from the game and there was no players to replace him. They only took 10 players(enough for everyone to play all the time). They ended up placing 25th out of 192 teams.
The weather was perfect for watching softball games. The high's were in the low 80's every day that we were there. It was hard coming back to colder temperatures in Utah where there was snow in the mountains the day after we got home. Brrr....
The kids didn't seem to miss us one little bit. They were just excited about what we brought home for them from Steve & Barry's.

YAY!!! You finally got going on the blog!!! I'm super excited!!! Looks like you had fun in Michigan....who couldnt with a Steve and Barry's close by! :)
